How to Stay Motivated for your Weight Loss and Exercise

Based on years of research and listening to my fitness clients, I found out the biggest reason why people fall off the weight loss bandwagon is due to lack of motivation. They lose motivation and go back to their old ways. I hear statements like these all the time:

  • Too hard to diet
  • I hate counting calories
  • I don’t have the willpower
  • When I go out with friends, it ruins my diet
  • It takes too long to get results.
