How to Lose Weight in 20 Minutes Plus 7 Weight Loss Foods

Why take one hour to do something that takes 20 minutes? I am massively into efficiency when it comes to weight loss, as I am sure anyone who is pressed for time would be. Yet I continue to see these weight loss programs that enforce hours at the gym each week and special diet meals that take 45 minutes plus to cook. To make it worse the diet foods that they recommend taste revolting and you end up having to cook another meal for the rest of your family whom have quite graciously refused to eat the diet meal you have served them. Yet thanks for your support family! (Note the sarcasm)

Too tired to cook for 40 minutes each night, no time to go to the gym for an hour 3 times a week, kids won’t eat your fat loss meals, you have nothing in the fridge except eggs and salsa… so you continue on the downward spiral to fatness and most likely a little bit of depression. These are tales I hear constantly. Weight loss is hard.

I hear you and totally understand – sometimes I only have eggs and salsa in the fridge too! But yes I can whip up a weight loss meal even out of just that! That would actually make a great breakfast and in fact a lot of the time a sensational breakfast would be three eggs, baby spinach and salsa scrambled in a pan. One pan, no mess no fuss just throw it all in and mix it around on medium to high heat for three minutes.

Weight loss doesn’t have to be hard or take too much time. Many companies have over complicated it. Most people need a way to lose fat that is efficient, fast and natural. Weight loss needs to be simple to implement in our modern world. We need tips and recipes that are “do-able” and super efficient.

Let me help you lose weight fast, efficient and naturally. I guarantee that if you follow a few of these simple rules that you will lose weight. All this without even exercising.

Weight loss Essentials you must have in the fridge:

  • Eggs – awesome natural protein, loads of vitamin D plus so much more
  • Baby spinach – essential greens full of fiber and easy to prepare
  • Salsa – convenient and jam-packed of Lycopene which is an antioxidant that protects against cancer and heart disease.
  • Ground turkey – great lean meat, versatile to make turkey meatballs, turkey burgers (must have the right bread though) and Turkey tacos (I will give you the exact recipe here) or Turkey San Choy Bow (use the same recipe but add soy sauce and some cayenne pepper to taste then roll it up in lettuce leaf – YUM)
  • Chicken breasts – Where to start…oh so many recipes. There is a reason why body builders live off chicken breast to stay super lean.
  • Frozen mixed vegetables – convenience and nutrients in one. I also add this into my toddler’s meals to beef up the nutrition and they are super quick to make. 5 minutes maximum. There are also so many variations of frozen vegetables like Chinese mixes, edamame, peas and corn, broccoli and cauliflower plus many more so you never get bored. You can even whip up a stir-fry with the chicken breasts and frozen vegetables if you don’t have time to chop up your own fresh vegetables. Throw in a little (stress little amount) oyster sauce or sesame oil and bam there is a fabulous fat loss meal right there.
  • Grated Parmesan cheese – excellent topper for any meal and chicken Caesar salad (just take out the croutons).
  • Lentils – a bonus food that can be made in so many recipes and are a great “meat substitute” for vegetarians

So even from that list above, just off the top of my head I can think of about 10 weight loss meals to make out of just these ingredients and believe me they are tasty, sure there may be a bit of garlic thrown in too. See it’s that simple to lose weight fast.
