Now I will probably p1ss off a lot of personal fitness trainers out there because what I am about to reveal could very well put some of them out of business. (Including me!!)
Did you know that you could very well lose weight fast and a lot of it just by eating the right types of food? You absolutely can lose weight fast by eating alone. No crazy Jane Fonda exercise required. Yep, I have just created a controversy for my peers at the gym but it’s totally true.
You can lose 15 – 20lbs of fat in 30 days just by eating alone!
Since losing my mom to an obesity-related health issue, I am happy to spread the word on how to achieve maximum weight loss just by eating. She died at the young age of 56 and ever since then I have made it my personal mission to spread the word on realistic weight loss. Weight loss that is also permanent rather than a quick fix. Weight loss that is simple to follow in our modern world where convenience is a must and time is the most valuable asset we have.
If you are like me you are probably sick of time consuming fat loss recipes. Sorry, but I just don’t have 40 minutes to an hour to dedicate myself to cooking weight loss meals. I also don’t have time to then cook another meal for the rest of my family because they hate the weight loss one I have just made…and I can’t blame them as it looks gross and smells disgusting. Nor do I have any spare hours in the day to sweat it out at the gym. I just want exact answers on fast fat loss. Fast being not just to lose the weight fast but also fast to cook and prepare the meals.
The good news continues because if you chose to eat the way I prescribe (and trust me it’s not hard), you never feel hungry or deprived. You don’t have to munch on carrot sticks or celery sticks like a catwalk model to stay thin and gorgeous. You just have to eat the way we were designed to eat. I don’t mean go and catch and skin your own chicken; of course I have modernized it.
But wait there’s more…If you eat well, 85% of the time you will still lose weight. Not only can you lose weight without exercising but you can still lose weight by having your cake and eating it too. In fact it’s absolutely advised that you have cheat meals. There is scientific proof that states by spiking your caloric intake once a week; it is actually good for your metabolism and fat burning abilities. Bring it on I say. I love my “Funday Sunday” where I eat two meals of absolutely anything I want. I am a total chocoholic so it usually consists of scary amounts of chocolate, or ice cream – then Monday I go back to eating the real food recipes like the one I have for you here:
By eating like this, you too can lose 15lbs of fat in 30 days. I even mix it up a little. I use the same recipe in the free eBook but I use ground bison and replace the canned tomatoes for red and yellow bell peppers in what I call the bison bowl. I make a double batch so I have leftovers. Love leftovers. They rock and save even more time – not to mention, improving the waistline. Weight loss is easy; I am here to show you how, because I care!!
