Balsamic Chicken Tenders with Bean Salad

Quick Tip: Buy pre cut organic chicken breast tenders and salsa in a spice level of your choice. This will save heaps of prep time. The salad allows for leftovers or if you don’t want leftovers simply use one can of  mixed beans (tri bean mix like black, kidney,cannellini)

Cajun Shrimp with Coleslaw

Quick Tip: Use store bought pre cut bags of Coleslaw i.e. red & green cabbage with carrot to save heaps of prep time.Make a big batch and keep some for lunch left over’s (just don’t put the dressing on it until you are ready to eat it to keep it fresh and not soggy)
